Soak the Moong Dal in Water for 2 hours.

For Garnish Mix - Heat up a heavy pan. Add Peanuts, Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds and Pumpkin Seeds. Mix up and keep aside for future use.

In a bowl, take julienne cut Cucumber, soaked Moong, Pumpkin Seeds, Mint Leaves, Sesame Seeds, Lemon Juice, Garnish Mix and Salt.
