Blanch Haricot Beans in salted boiling water, drain and cool down.

Mince the Garlic and toss with Oil on a roasting tray. Place in a preheated oven at 150 C for 30 min.

Once cooled, chop Garlic until they resemble fine granules. Keep aside.

In a bowl, add colour Pepper julienne, Haricot Beans, fried Garlic, Curd, Jeera Powder, cracked Black Pepper, chopped Green Chilli, Black Salt, Salt, chopped Coriander.
