In a heavy bottom vessels bring Water to boil. Add Corn and Salt and boil till done.

Remove the corn to a plate and allow it to dry. Using a knife to cut off all the Kernels and remove the Cob. Keep the Kernels aside.

In a bowl, add blanched Corn, chopped Green Chilli, Salt, Lemon Juice, Green Pepper, chopped Coriander and Spring Onions. Mix well.

Remove to a serving bowl and keep aside.
