Preheat the oven at 175 degree c. Grease a tin with little coconut oil and line with a butter paper or kitchen foil.

In a large bowl, take oil, add egg (or flax egg) and sweetner. whisk until well combined.

Add almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Fold all the dry ingredients into wet. Mix well.

Pour the mixture to the prepared tin, spread it with a spatula. Bake it at 175 degree c for 20-25 min.

Once baked, let it cool down completely at room temperature. It will continue to firm up, (you can also keep it in the fridge to firm up more.
