To peel the orange, slice off the ends. Angle your knife and follow the round shape of the orange to remove the peel. Be careful not to cut too much of the orange flesh.

Make sure you cut all the white part of the peel. Cut the flesh into big chunks.

In a blender add all the chunks along with water,honey and blend it until smooth paste.

Take a popsicle mould, divide the mixture evenly. Cover the mould and insert the wooden dowel/sticks. Place it in the freezer and let it freeze for about 8 hours or overnight.

Take out the frozen candy bar and demould just before serving.
